Who we are
Zansii (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a South African company registered with CIPC and SARS, operating at zansii.co.za. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it's handled, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Annexure Automator licence requests
When you submit the licence request form:

Business Cards enquiries
Your email address, when you contact us at support@zansii.co.za.
Business Cards designer (future)
When you design your own card, you may provide: a personal and/or work phone number, email address, website, and your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn account details, which are used to populate your digital card. If you add a physical address to your card, we use the Google Maps Platform API to generate the address/map link shown on it.
Automatically, on form submission
Your IP address, solely to prevent automated spam and abuse of our forms (rate limiting). It is not linked to your identity or used for any other purpose.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data, to understand general site traffic.
Why we collect it
Solely to provide the service requested — issuing a software licence, responding to an enquiry, or generating your digital business card. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third parties involved in processing
Payment processing is handled by Paystack and YOCO. Hosting, infrastructure, and form security (Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification) run on Cloudflare. Business Cards are planned to use the Google Maps Platform API to generate address and map links. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.
Security
Form submissions are protected by bot verification and rate limiting, and transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact support@zansii.co.za for any such request.
