About Zansii

We build simple, easy-to-use software for companies and individuals — tools that take the repetitive, time-consuming parts of your day and make them fast and reliable, without the cost or complexity of "enterprise" software.

Why we exist

Most software built for businesses, especially SMEs, is either too basic to actually save time, or too expensive and bloated to justify using. Zansii sits in between — real automation, built for how teams actually work, priced so a small firm can actually afford it.

Built from the inside

Our tools aren't built by outsiders guessing at a workflow — Annexure Automator Pro exists because it was built from insights gained in the forensic accounting work it now automates. That's the standard for everything we build: solve a real, specific problem first, then make it available to everyone facing the same one.

A registered South African company

Zansii is a formally CIPC- and SARS-registered company, building tools for South African law firms, forensic accounting teams, and companies who need their digital presence to just work.

What we build on

• Simplicity

Tools that do one thing well and get out of your way — no bloated dashboards, no features you'll never touch.

• Understanding

Every tool starts with a real problem someone actually has — not a feature list built in a vacuum.
